Glop:
This recipe idea was given to me by a woman who had invented it and named it Glop.
Brown 1 pound hamburger. Add 1 can pork-n-beans or kidney beans and 1 small jar salsa
Place this mixture onto tortilla chips and top with grated cheese. Microwave for about a minute or until the cheese is melted.
Can serve with diced tomatoes,lettuce and/or sour cream on top.

Easy Chicken Pie
3 cups cooked, diced chicken 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can Cream of Chiken Soup 1 c. chiken broth 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 c. Bisquick 3/4 c. milk 1/4 c. margarine, melted
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In 2 quart shallow baking dish, spread chicken and vegetables. Stir together soup, broth, and pepper in a small mixing bowl. Pour over chicken mixture. Combine Bisquick, milk and butter in seperate bowl; stir until smooth. Pour this mixture over other ingredients in baking dish. Bake for 45 -50 minutes or until golden brown.
Serves 4 - 6.

Easy Sloppy Joe
1 lb. ground beef, browned and drained 1 can chicken gumbo soup 1/3 cup ketchup 1 T mustard hamburger buns
Brown ground beef; drain. Add soup, ketchup and mustard; heat.

Skillet Lasagne
1 lb. ground turkey or beef 1 large onion, chopped (approx. 1 cup) 1 clove garlic, finely chopped 2 cups prepared pasta sauce 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley 1 tsp. oregano 3/4 tsp. basil 1 lb. cottage or ricotta cheese 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese 4 to 6 no-boil lasagne noodles
Cook turkey, onion, and garlec in nonstick skillet until meat is cooked through. Add 1 cup pasta sauce, parsley, oregano, and basil. Spread evenly in skillet. Spread cottage (or ricotta) cheese over top. Sprinkle with half the mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses. Top with four or more noodles to cover cheese. Break up remaining noodles to fill in open areas. Pour remaining pasta sauce over top. Gently press down. Cover, simmer 15 minutes or until noodles are tender. Top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses. Cover, simmer 2 minutes or until cheese is melted. Let stand, covered, 15 minutes. Serves 6
