Building muscle takes so long! I train a lot and hard but it takes forever, it seems I just can’t do it. Please tell me, are there any proven ways to build muscles? Please reply I am waiting for your replies.

I’m with you on that one buddy. It’s annoying not getting the results you want even when you train hard (I had the same problem). Until I stumbled on a book that got me results. I’m more muscular now: I can tell the difference. That book’s Building Muscle Formula . It’s free. Try it if you need help.

Hi Submitt your muscles to more stress than they are acustumed to(lifting),eat a high protien diet,get penty of sleep because the muscle grows when it is recovering from the workout not while it is working. Check this web site for more info Achieve Ultra Health

From my side i will had a laughter in it. i suggest the making of muscles is not easy and sikply. there are so many problems we have to face for the training. thge knee,heel problems will create. so for the best visit the laser skin treatment

Hi, As you want to building muscle, than you have to do a lot of workout and don't giveup. It may take time. Also you have to focus on your diet. Your have to take a balance diet for good health.
