A garden journal is a way of keeping track of your gardening to dos, gardening successes and failures.
What to record in your journal: Pictures of your garden in different seasons. Helps to decide what plants need moved and what plants need to add e.g. more spring bulbs.
On-going to do list. Keep a page for each month and as you note things that need done record it on your list for the appropriate months.
Good and bad results with plants. Make a list of vegetable/annual transplants or seed names. Make a note of those that produce well and those that where disappointing.
Care instructions for bushes and trees you have purchased.
Gardening tips and hints.
