I hate how I look. I’m skinny, and I look weak. Sometimes I hesitate to talk to people (especially girls) because of that. Anyone knows how I can get a good shape? Help me please.

Oh! This is not at all a big problem, my friend. It happens with lots of people like you and me. A friend had the same problem and he came across a free pdf book on building muscles. That book helped him get a good and healthy shape. Hopefully you won’t hesitate talking to people very soon.

Hello you are right.it should be compulsary to have a good physic now a day's. you must have to give some time to do light exercise daily and must be remember to do only light exercise in slow motion.it sure that within a 2 week you will get a good physic.and also you will confidence. so continue that. nose right

Hi, When you wake up, eat breakfast. Doesn't matter what it is, it could be eggs and bacon, cereal, an omelette, anything as long as you eat a good breakfast. get some exercise. It sounds scary, but it can be as simple as walking, walking to the store, cleaning your house really well. The best part about walking to a 7 11 or something is to get a snack or a freezee! make face look thinner

Hi Jacobjack, First you have to tell me what your problem is. Are you overweight or underweight? Then tell me your daily rutting, when you wake up, about your eating hobbits, are you doing workout daily? For a good health this is very necessary that your daily rutting is good.
