I found this recipe on one of my groups-thought I would share.
Daffodil Dip
1 cup mayonnaise 2 pkg. cream cheese (8 oz. each) 1/2 cup chopped parsley (or less depending on taste) 2 hard cooked eggs, whites and yolks separate 4 T. chopped onion 2 cloves garlic, minced 12.25 oz. can deviled ham Salt and pepper to taste
Gradually add mayonnaise to softened cream cheese, mixing until well blended. Add parsley, chopped egg white, onion, garlic, deviled ham, salt and pepper. Mix well. Or use electric mixer. Sprinkle with sieved egg yolk. Serve with vegetable dippers such as celery, sliced cucumber, radish roses, cherry tomatoes, carrot sticks, caulifowerets, zucchini, or crackers. Serves 8-1
