I was always misplacing invitations, forgetting to renew magazine supsciptions and more. Than I saw this idea and it has worked like a dream for me.
Purchase a 3 inch binder and 43 dividers with or without pockets.
Label the dividers 1-31 and January-December.
When you receive a bill place it 5 days before due. For example if due the 15th, place the bill behind the 10 divider.
If bill is dued another month place behind that months dividers.
When you receive an invitation, mark it on your calender, on your to-do list add card, gifts or clothes you will need than place the invitation in the notebook on the date of the event-has address on it!
Other things you may want to store in your binder-sales flyers, up-coming conventions, meetings or in-service flyers, and any reminders cards.
Check note-book daily for things that need to be done.

Oops, I forgot to include cards. The notebook is a terrific way to organize Birthday, Anniversary, etc cards. Just place them 3 to 5 days before the date (stamped and addressed if you are super organized)
